Electronic Technician 1 (Local 57) - Salt Lake City, Utah - 113563 Date: Apr 25, 2025 Location: SALT LAKE CITY, UT, US, 84104 Company: PacifiCorp Power Your GreatnessPacifiCorp is seeking customer-centric candidates to grow and sustain our commitment to a culture of customer service excellence, environmental sustainability inclusion & belonging.ResponsibilitiesAs an Electronic Technician 1 will be responsible for maintaining PacifiCorp Communication systems; including but not limited to voice and data communication systems, telephone systems, PBX's,DCS, analog and digital microwave radio systems, land mobile radio systems, SCADA systems, power line carrier equipment, chart recorders, telemetry, tone relaying, fiber optics/lightwave, and associated switching and termination equipment. The Electronic Technician will also be responsible for installing, testing and certifying any or all of the above listed equipment. Off-road travel in extreme weather conditions may be required. The successful candidate will usually work on independent work assignments, but may be assigned to work with other company personnel as needed. This person may be assigned to direct the work of an Electronic Technician Assistant.
