Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Manager, Income Tax
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly and year-end ASC 740 tax provisions and related
SEC disclosures
Oversee federal, state, local, and foreign income tax compliance
and returns
Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate
tax-related projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
Five+ years of professional tax and financial reporting
experience
Two+ years of tax experience with a Big 4 or large regional public
accounting firm preferred
Strong technical tax background in ASC 740 and US corporate tax
laws
