Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervising Physician for a remote
urgent care telehealth program.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise at least 5 Nurse Practitioners, including quarterly chart
reviews and virtual meetings
Conduct synchronous video and phone evaluations, as well as
asynchronous communication with patients
Provide urgent care treatment for various conditions, ensuring
inclusivity and evidence-based care
Required Qualifications
Actively licensed as MD or DO in good standing in 5 states,
including CA and at least 3 specified states
Board certified and in possession of a valid DEA certification
At least 2 years of post-graduate independent practice
experience
Experience in telemedicine or virtual care is strongly
preferred
Ability to act as a supervising physician for at least 5 Nurse
Practitioners
