Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Coach Liaison (Contract) to
support independent contractor sleep coaches and enhance the
coaching service.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new coaches to ensure their success
Act as the primary liaison between coaches and the internal team,
managing escalations and inquiries
Maintain high standards of coach-client interactions and create
processes to streamline workflows
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5-8 years of experience in coaching and project management
Experience leading a team and driving cross-functional
collaboration
Proficiency with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google
Meet)
At least 2 years of relevant experience with 6 months of direct
supervision
Master's degree in a psychology-related field or a Bachelor's
degree with a coaching certificate from an NBHWC-approved
program
