Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Configuration to manage a
technical team responsible for configuration management and DevOps
activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic vision for the configuration team
aligned with company goals
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of configuration and
release projects
Implement and optimize configuration and release engineering
processes to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5
years in a senior leadership role
Strong technical background in software architecture, design,
development, and deployment
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and modern development
tools
