Produce Team Leader Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Produce Team Leader to lead our Produce team and drive exceptional customer service and sales results.Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing Produce team to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Operations: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and labor scheduling, to ensure efficient store operations and maximum profitability.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by holding Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a clean and well-stocked Produce department.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking Produce products, to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Merchandising: Implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and maintain a visually appealing Produce department.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including food safety and inventory management.Requirements
  • Experience: 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Produce products, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
