$36k Base plus commission Fleet Sales

Job Description:

Do you enjoy outside sales, interacting with people and excel at building and maintaining relationships? If so, we have an opportunity for you in our fleet sales department. In this challenging role, you?ll be responsible for high-volume vehicle sales to our fleet accounts.

Responsibilities:

? Work with management to create and manage assigned accounts

? Create and maintain excellent relationships with account base

? Develop and maintain high level of product knowledge

? Work with management and other team members to ensure individual and department sales goals are met

? Maintain high ethical standards in daily activities

? Follows internet, phone, and sales process to ensure standards are met

Qualifications:

? 2+ years experience in business-to-business sales

? Ability to organize, manage or grow a business

? Functions effectively without assistance or directions

? Ability to work in a team environment

? Friendly approachable and outgoing style

? Maintains a positive, can-do attitude

? Ability to act quickly, confidently and with determination

? Keen understanding of people, ideas and organizations

? Superior communication and customer service skills

? Excellent negotiating skills

? Ability to create and maintain excellent relationships with Fleet customers

? Develop and maintain high level of product knowledge

? Integrity and a strong work ethic

? Proficient in word & excel

? Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
