Job Description:
A company is looking for a temporary Procurement Contracts
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end contract process for partnership and sales
agreements
Draft and revise commercial terms in coordination with legal
counsel
Coordinate with internal teams to align on contract positions and
approvals
Required Qualifications
7+ years of contracts management experience in a tech or fintech
environment
Familiarity with a range of commercial agreements
Experience with CLM tools (Malbek, Docusign, etc.)
Bachelor's degree required; legal training is a plus
A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work
independently
